Scentre Group Operations & Facilities has migrated from Fire Advisen to a new platform, Pulse.
Pulse is an advanced fire safety, risk, and compliance platform designed to:
- Manage critical risk & compliance, including fire isolation requests, approvals and daily inspections.
- Reduce unwanted fire alarms through intelligent data insights.
- Drive operational efficiency through automation, visibility and tracking.
FAQ
Will existing contractor logins for Fire Advisen work on Pulse?
No. Pulse is a separate platform. All contractors must complete the new Company Registration process. Once verified and approved, you'll be invited to access the new Fire Isolation request forms.
What happens to historical records in Fire Advisen?
Fire Advisen will remain accessible in a read-only capacity until September 2026 (3 months from the June 2026 transition), allowing time to retrieve historical logs and data.
